We have landed (Doug)
FYI...we survived the scurvy and piracy aboard the ferry boat ;-) and managed a 600-mile day on the bikes. We're beat. The Mexican restaurant in Yreka forgot our special tequila request so provided those shots on the side of the margs. So...this is a quick way of saying we're too tired to tell you all much right now. Tomorrow...we promise. Only a piddly 300+ miles to home.

Hello Doug, This is Jack from New York. I'm with my sister here in TX and this is the 1st time I've had a chance to look at your blog. I'm a little old fashioned but I think this beats my journal all to pieces. It looks like your home now. I'm happy to see you had a safe and succesful trip.
